Your coaching readiness score is between 25 and 36.  This score indicates that coaching is most probably a suitable course of action for you at this moment in time.  In order to make sure that you get the best out of the process, there are several topics to consider: coaching works best as a process if a client brings at least one very clear objective that they want to work on or achieve: you appear to have set yourself some targets, so spend some time thinking about how important they are to you.

Secondly, change is at the heart of the coaching process.  Your results indicate that you appreciate progress and learning go hand in hand with change.  However, this is still an area that you need to think very clearly about: reflect upon the implications of change since if you continue to do what you are doing now, it is unlikely that you will achieve anything different?

Finally, the coaching relationship is something very special: it is not a counselling situation, it is not about telling you what to do as in the case of mentoring, it is very much the coach helping you come to terms with your own strengths and abilities, and then using them to achieve your goals.  You appear to be committed to building a successful relationship with your coach, however think through the trust and honesty implications.
